How to Place an Order

Upload Prescription (if required)
For prescription medication, you'll be prompted to upload a valid prescription from your doctor. Our pharmacists will review it before dispensing.
Choose Delivery
Select home delivery or in-store collection at our Gigiri location. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location.
Pay & Track
Pay securely via M-Pesa, PesaPal, or insurance. Once dispatched, you'll receive an SMS notification and can track your order from your account.
