Tot'Hema oral solution (20 ampoules x 10ml) is a French-manufactured, iron-rich dietary supplement containing ferrous gluconate, manganese, and copper. It is primarily used to treat iron deficiency anemia in adults, children, and infants, as well as to prevent deficiency during pregnancy.
