Otrivin adult drops 0.10% * 10ml

Otrivin is a brand of over-the-counter nasal sprays and drops containing Xylometazoline hydrochloride, designed for rapid (within 2 minutes) and long-lasting (up to 10 hours) relief of nasal congestion caused by colds, sinusitis, or allergies. It works by constricting blood vessels in the nose to reduce swelling. It is generally used for a maximum of 5–7 days to avoid rebound congestion.
